Welcome to Regency at Dominion Valley, winner of the 2014 Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute's Community of the Year Award. This award is given to communities that best demonstrate excellence in all facets of association operations and governance by following CAI's Best Practices.
 

Located in the heart of Prince William County, Virginia, near the Manassas National Battlefield Park and the Bull Run Mountains, Regency at Dominion Valley is an active adult community for residents age 55 and over. It is situated a little over two miles north of Haymarket,  I-66 exit 40, on US 15, and has acres of beautiful natural landscaping with scenic trails for walking and biking, as well as an 18 hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer and managed by Club Corp. Regency is just minutes away from fine dining, shopping, health facilities, and cultural opportunities.   
 
 

 

The Regency at Dominion Valley Owners Association (OA), through governance by homeowners, promotes and enables:

  • The provision for physical resources for resident activities
