Regency at Dominion Valley is a completed active adult community, centering on a golf course developed and built by Toll Brothers, Inc. This gated neighborhood is nestled within the larger Dominion Valley development.
Real Estate Agents are welcome to bring interested clients to visit the Regency community. Agents will be expected to show ID to proceed through the gate. For street maps and other information, contact the Regency Clubhouse at 571-261-3335.
Real estate agents offering a property for sale or rent may place one sign in the front yard. The sign may not exceed four square feet in area, and it must be removed within one week following the sale or rental of the home.
Homeowners who plan to lease their home are required to adhere to Regency's Lease Policy. Copies of the Lease Policy are available from the Management Office at the Clubhouse (571-261-3335). The homeowner and the tenant must execute the Standard Form Lease Addendum, which is part of the Lease Policy, and submit it to the Management Office within 10 days of the commencement of the lease.
Tenants must adhere to the same Regency Policies and Procedures required for homeowners. At least one (1) person occupying the home must be 55 years of age or older. Any tenant taking advantage of the community’s amenities must schedule an appointment with the Activities Director for a new resident orientation. At that time, the tenant will receive a member card.
Community Management Corporation, Regency's management company, can provide the Owners Association and other community documents needed by the buyer and buyer's lender when purchasing a home at Regency. To find out about the available document packages, follow these steps:
