Regency at Dominion Valley is a 55 and over active adult community. Our elegant gated neighborhood offers a wide range of amenities, activities, and lifestyle options.

Within the community there are three lifestyle housing options: single-family homes; attached-single-family homes; and condominiums. Attached-single-family homes and condominiums offer varying levels of freedom from home maintenance responsibilities and tasks. All Regency options include Cable TV, Internet, and Trash Removal. Within Regency, the Owners Association is responsible for all common grounds and facilities.

Single Family Homes
Regency includes 533 single-family homes in a variety of floor plans and traditional styles, Single-family home owners are responsible for all interior and exterior maintenance associated with the home in accordance with Owners Association design guidelines.

Attached Single-Family Homes
The Georgetown collection includes 199 homes that are configured with two to four attached homes within a single building. In these homes, the Owners Association attends to the landscaping, irrigation, and snow removal of each property through a special services assessment. The Association also provides minor maintenance and replacement of certain exterior elements.

Condominiums
Greenbrier I and Greenbrier II include 226 condominium homes that provide owners with freedom from most maintenance chores. The Condominium Association takes care of the common grounds, common use facilities, and the exterior of the condominium buildings. In addition, each residence provides access to a single-car garage.

The ultimate in hassle-free living is available within our two sets of condominiums, Greenbrier I and Greenbrier II. The Condominium Association takes care of the common grounds, common use facilities, and the exterior of the condominium buildings. As an added benefit, each residence provides access to a single-car garage.
